01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 onion, diced
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 2 carrots, diced
05 - 2 celery stalks, diced
06 - 1 zucchini, diced
07 - 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
08 - 4 cups vegetable broth
09 - 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)

→ Herbs

10 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
11 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
12 - 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
13 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
02 - Add carrots and celery to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
03 - Stir in zucchini and green beans, cooking for another 5 minutes.
04 - Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.
05 - Add peas, thyme, parsley, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
06 - Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
