Pyszne placki ziemniaczane z regionu Podlasia z dodatkiem śmietany, cebuli i ziół - tradycyjne danie polskiej kuchni regionalnej.

# Składniki:

01 - 1 kg potatoes, peeled and grated
02 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

08 - 200 g sour cream
09 - 2 large eggs

→ Other

10 - 2 tablespoons flour
11 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dill. Mix well.
02 - In another bowl, whisk together the sour cream, eggs, and flour until smooth.
03 - Add the sour cream mixture to the potato mixture and stir until well combined.
04 - Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
05 - Scoop about 1/4 cup of the potato mixture into the skillet, flattening it slightly with a spatula. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.
07 - Serve hot, garnished with additional sour cream and dill if desired.
