In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the frozen pierogi in the marinade until evenly coated.

Thread the pierogi onto skewers, leaving a little space between each one.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
