Grillowane pierogi z masłem czosnkowym (Drukuj)

Pierogi z grilla podawane z czosnkowym dipem maślanym dla miłośników klasycznych, lecz nowoczesnych smaków.

# Składniki:

→ Pierogi

01 - 16 frozen pierogi with potato and cheese filling

→ Marinade

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - Salt to taste
05 - Pepper to taste

→ Garlic Butter Dip

06 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
02 - In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the frozen pierogi in the marinade until evenly coated.
03 - Thread the pierogi onto skewers, leaving a little space between each one.
04 - Grill the skewers for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through.
05 - In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
06 - Remove the pierogi from the grill and serve hot with the garlic butter dip.
