01 - 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 0.25 cup granulated sugar

→ Filling

04 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup powdered sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream

→ Topping

08 - 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined and press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
04 - Pour the filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
05 - Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and top with cherry pie filling before serving.
