Miękka młoda kapusta, koperek i kminek tworzą pełne smaku, lekkie danie na ciepło.

# Składniki:

01 - 1 medium young cabbage, chopped
02 - 1 large onion, diced
03 - 2 carrots, grated
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 2 cups vegetable broth
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Herbs and Spices

07 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
08 - 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion until it becomes translucent.
02 - Add the grated carrots and chopped cabbage to the pot. Stir well and cook for about 5 minutes, until the cabbage begins to wilt.
03 - Pour in the vegetable broth, add caraway seeds, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
04 - Stir in the freshly chopped dill before serving and adjust seasoning if necessary.
