# Przygotowanie:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
02 - Toast the black sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, water, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring gently until the sugar completely dissolves.
04 - Stop stirring and let the mixture cook undisturbed until it turns a deep golden amber color, about 8–10 minutes. Swirl the pan occasionally for even coloring.
05 - Remove from heat. Immediately stir in the butter and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
06 - Quickly stir in the baking soda—the mixture will foam up dramatically, creating the brittle's characteristic airy texture.
07 - Add the toasted black sesame seeds and stir quickly to distribute evenly throughout the caramel.
08 - Pour the hot mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and quickly spread it out as thinly as possible using a greased spatula. Let cool completely for about 30 minutes, then break into irregular pieces.
