01 - Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork cubes and brown evenly on all sides.
02 - Remove the pork and set aside. Add onion, carrots, and celery to the same pot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
03 - Stir in garlic and paprika. Cook for one minute to release flavors.
04 - Return the pork to the pot and pour in chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 30 minutes.
05 - Add heavy cream and dill to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to thicken the sauce.
