# Kroki wykonania:

01 - Rinse buckwheat groats under cold water and cook according to package instructions until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the cooked buckwheat, onion, garlic, grated carrot, salt, cumin, and black pepper. Mix well.
03 - Add the beaten eggs to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
