# Składniki:

01 - 250 g quark
02 - 1 large egg
03 - 100 g all-purpose flour
04 - 50 g semolina
05 - 1 tsp baking powder
06 - Pinch of salt

→ Honey Poppy Drizzle

07 - 3 tbsp honey
08 - 2 tbsp poppy seeds
09 - 1 tbsp butter

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the quark, egg, flour, semolina, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil.
03 - Shape the dough into small dumplings, about the size of a golf ball. Carefully drop them into the boiling water. Cook the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until they float to the surface. Remove them with a slotted spoon and set aside.
04 - In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the honey and poppy seeds, stirring until well combined.
05 - Drizzle the honey poppy mixture over the dumplings before serving.
