Karkówka grillowana marynowana czosnkiem (Drukuj)

Miękka karkówka grillowana, aromatyczna marynata z czosnkiem i miodem, wyrazisty smak dla każdego.

# Składniki:

→ Meat

01 - 1 kg pork neck, sliced into 2 cm thick pieces

→ Marinade

02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon honey
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - Juice of 1 lemon

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - In a bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
02 - Place the pork neck slices in a large resealable bag or a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
03 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
04 - Remove the pork from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Grill the pork neck slices for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and nicely charred.
05 - Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

# Uwagi:

01 - Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal. For a spicier kick, add chili flakes to the marinade.
