# Kroki wykonania:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
03 - Rub the duck legs with the honey mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
04 - Place the duck legs skin side up on a baking sheet.
05 - Toss the carrot sticks in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then arrange them around the duck legs.
06 - Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour, basting the duck legs with the pan juices halfway through.
07 - Increase the oven temperature to 220°C (425°F) and roast for an additional 15 minutes to crisp the skin.
