Jagodowe ciasto z serkiem kruszonką (Drukuj)

Puszyste ciasto z warstwą kremowego serka, słodkimi jagodami i chrupiącą kruszonką - idealny niemiecki deser dla całej rodziny.

# Składniki:

→ Cake Base

01 - 200 g all-purpose flour
02 - 100 g sugar
03 - 100 g unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 tsp baking powder
06 - 1/2 tsp salt

→ Quark Layer

07 - 500 g quark
08 - 100 g sugar
09 - 2 large eggs
10 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
11 - Zest of 1 lemon

→ Blueberry Topping

12 - 300 g fresh blueberries
13 - 1 tbsp sugar

→ Crumble Topping

14 - 100 g all-purpose flour
15 - 50 g sugar
16 - 50 g unsalted butter, cold and cubed
17 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan.
02 - In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, butter, egg, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared cake pan.
03 - In another bowl, combine the quark, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth and pour over the cake base.
04 - Sprinkle the fresh blueberries evenly on top of the quark layer and gently press them in.
05 - For the crumble, combine the flour, sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Use your fingers to mix until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble over the blueberries.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
07 - Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.

01 - Serve with a dollop of whipped cream for an extra treat.
02 - You can substitute blueberries with raspberries or cherries.
