Soczyste plastry kalafiora grillowane do perfekcji i skropione pachnącą oliwą z mieszanką świeżych ziół.

# Składniki:

01 - 1 large head of cauliflower

→ Herbs and Oils

02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
02 - Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
03 - In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, parsley, basil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper to create the herb oil.
04 - Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the herb oil mixture.
05 - Grill the cauliflower steaks for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until tender and grill marks appear.
06 - Remove from the grill and drizzle with any remaining herb oil before serving.

# Uwagi:

01 - For added flavor, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
