Instructions

Prep the Pan:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
Mix Butter & Sugar:
Cream softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
Add Wet Ingredients:
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until incorporated.
Add Dry Ingredients:
Mix flour and salt on low speed until just combined.
Add Sprinkles:
Fold in 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles gently.
Shape the Dough:
Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake:
Bake for 22–25 minutes until edges are lightly golden and center is set.
Cool:
Let cool completely in the pan.
Make Glaze:
Whisk powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add more milk to reach thick, pourable consistency.
Decorate:
Drizzle or spread glaze over cooled cookie slab. Scatter remaining sprinkles on top before glaze sets.
Cut:
Once glaze sets (about 20 minutes), lift slab out and cut into sticks, about 1x4 inches each.
