# Kroki wykonania:

01 - Thinly slice the cooked beets using a mandoline or sharp knife and arrange them in a single layer on a serving platter.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, horseradish, and lemon juice until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
03 - Drizzle the horseradish cream over the beet slices.
04 - Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
