# Składniki:

01 - 6 slices rye bread or gluten-free rye bread

→ Toppings

02 - 200 g smoked trout, flaked
03 - 100 g cream cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
06 - 1 lemon, thinly sliced for garnish
07 - Fresh dill sprigs for garnish

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - Cut the rye bread into bite-sized squares or rounds.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with chopped dill until well combined.
03 - Spread a generous layer of the dill-infused cream cheese over each piece of rye bread.
04 - Top each canapé with a portion of flaked smoked trout.
05 - Garnish with capers and a slice of lemon. Add a sprig of fresh dill on top for presentation.
