Soczyste grzyby faszerowane polskim serem, czosnkiem i ziołami, zapiekane z chrupiącą posypką do złotego koloru.

01 - 12 large mushrooms, stems removed

02 - 200 g Polish cheese (e.g., twaróg or smoked cheese), crumbled
03 - 100 g cream cheese, softened

04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
06 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
09 - 50 g breadcrumbs

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled Polish cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
03 - Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing down slightly to pack it in.
04 - Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

01 - For added flavor, consider mixing in some chopped sun-dried tomatoes or cooked bacon bits into the cheese filling.
