Zimny pudding semolina z sosem (Drukuj)

Orzeźwiający kremowy pudding z kaszy manny zwieńczony intensywnym sosem z mieszanki jagód, idealny na ciepłe dni.

# Składniki:

→ Dairy

01 - 500 ml Milk
02 - 50 g Sugar
03 - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
04 - 100 g Semolina

→ Berries

05 - 200 g Mixed Berries
06 - 2 tbsp Sugar (for sauce)
07 - 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

# Kroki wykonania:

01 - In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
02 - Gradually whisk in the semolina, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
03 - Remove from heat and pour the pudding into serving dishes. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set (at least 2 hours).
04 - Combine the mixed berries, sugar, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the berries soften and release their juices.
05 - Strain the sauce if desired for a smoother texture. Allow to cool.
06 - Once the pudding is set, serve topped with the berry sauce.

01 - For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt to the pudding.
02 - You can use frozen berries if fresh ones are not available.
